I wanted a bright summery type of card and also I wanted to use my cute little kite from Summer Fun by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. Also when you open the card there is a sentiment from Summer Sentiments also from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. These two sets compliment each other. (As an added bonus some of the images go great with the magnolia stamps!) I stamped and cut out my kite so that it would overlap the main mat image. I used stickles for the wings and also added some to the kite and to the tail ribbons of the kite.
Paper: Me and MY Big Ideas
Ink: Distressed inks and some twinkling H2O's.
Accessories: Ribbon ~ Micheals, dew drops ~ Sweet 'n Sassy, clip ~ MM
