Anything but winter.......

Good Morning!

Today is my day to post on the Belles and Whistles blog.

I have finally got my card for Anki's challenge that

started on Monday! The poor girl is sick of snow so she

choose ANYTHING BUT WINTER!!!! LOL Poor Anki!

Anyways I needed to step up on making some Thank you cards

and decided to use Smile. I think she is perfect for any and

every occasion.

I have used some pretty springy colors just for Anki.

These are papers from Webster's Pages. (Did you see the

peeks for the CHA stuff???? GOrgeous!!!!)

I have colored with distress inks and twinkling h20's.

I have another question for you all (Or I guess I should say

Ya'll now that I live in Texas! LOL)

Anyways do you ever have problems with your inks NOT spreading on

watercolor paper? I had such a tough time the last couple of days.

It was like I wasn't using watercolor paper! And I use the good stuff!!!

That is why I did't do any outline!

Paper ~ Kraft CS, Websters Pages

Stamps ~ B&W Smile, Sentiment ~ PTI

Accessories ~ Gorgeous flowers, lace and pearls ~ WOC, Circle with heart ~ PTI

And of course I have added some distress crackle paint to the edges!! What a surprise huh?

It is really hard to break out of it because now it looks so empty when I

don't use it!! LOL I also found a three pack of stickles for almost nothing so you

will continue to see that more often as well!

Yesterday I got a couple surprises in the mail for an early b-day!!

Thanks so much ~ you know who you are! Since today is a busy day we

celebrated last night. The girls even made some delicious cupcakes!

I am such a lucky girl!!!
