Another Belles and Whistles Christmas blog hop.....

Welcome to the second installment of the
***Belles and Whistles Christmas blog hop!!***
Summer has more beautiful Elisabeth Bell Christmas designs which are priceless, darling, perfect for holiday gifts...and limited in quantity too as the season is nearly upon us!

The theme for this blog-hop is Holiday Gifts/Gift Wrap. If you've landed here from Erin's blog than you are on the right track ~ continue on! If you've accidentally stumbled here on your own, take a moment go to our Belles 'n Whistles blog to start the hop off right ~ you really don't want to miss anything because in true B&W fashion there will be a wonderful prize of the new release!! All you have to do is visit each stop on the hop and leave a comment to be in the drawing for the fabulous prize.

Right now on to my featured stamp. This one is called Baking with Nana. Isn't this so sweet!! I have opted for making a much needed gift with my image. This is a cookie making kit for my sister in law! I have included almost everything (except ingredients) to make her holiday cookies! First off I have made a recipe booklet:

How do you like her fuzzy slippers that I have made out of flower soft! I never used it and didn't expect it to be this bulky haha!! (Also the coloring is not spot on as all I had to color on this paper was twinkling h20's and they didn't want to spread!!)On the inside I have created 2 pockets ~ a side pocket and a front pocket. The side pocket holds a list of the recipes that I have included and a shopping list of "extra ingredients" she may not have on hand! (I have to do this as she makes every excuse not to bake!! haha) The front pocket holds all the recipes. (I have also used Tania Baking which was part of the Fall release.)I have pulled out the extra stuff so you can see where the pocket is.

I have used velcro tabs to hold it together. To complete the project off I got a bunch of different cookie cutters for her cut-out cookies, some sprinkles, a cookie jar and I have made a recipe holder for when she bakes. It is a huge paperclip that I found at a craft shop and thought it would be a perfect finishing touch. One side is decorated to match the Christmassy papers and the opposite side is the light blue ~ that way she can use it all year long. LOL I really love how this turned out! It really started out as a joke gift because my SIL hates baking and eats all my mom's cookies but I think it turned out and if she doesn't use it I am hoping her 10 year old daughter will love it!

Now on with the hop!! (I know this was a long stop!! haha) Next you will head to Susan's blog and then to the Belles and Whistles blog for the final stop!! Thanks so much for stopping and good luck!!!
