Blue and Green......

..is the challenge over at Color Create this week. I have to admit that color challenges are the hardest for me ~ and that is why this is my first time entering this challenge!!! The ladies there always make such gorgeous cards and are truly inspiring but this is the first time mine turned out half way decent!! (LOL) The sketch from Just Magnolia (last week's) was still sitting on my desk so I decided to give it a try. Found some of this paper from K & Co. and it fit the bill so it was not that bad.

Paper: K & Co.
Inks: distress inks
Accessories: Buttons ~ Making Memories, twine and ribbon ~ stash, flowers ~ Prima

Well I hope everyone had a great week-end. We had alot of fun. I love outdoor activities so today ~ for Mothers Day we went canoeing and then for a nice bike ride. The girls were really nervous about the canoe but as we went they got used to it! I never laughed so hard though ~ couldn't help myself. (I know I am such a bad mom!) But we made up for it with the biking. That is there favorite thing to do! Then Charlie made dinner for all of us!! (I think that was a first!! BUT I couldn't get him to do the dishes ~ that was pushing it!! (LOL)

Anyways thanks so much for stopping by and have a great Monday!!
