Yesterday I received this set from Cornish Hertiage Farms. I thought the sleigh ride sign would be so cute with this image from Sugar Nellie by Elisabeth Bell. But when I tried to make a card it wouldn't fit so I used the tutorial from Splitcoast for this trifold pocket card. I just changed the dimensions to fit my card.
I of course inked all the edges with distress inks or the darker paper I sanded to give it a worn look. I went over alot of areas with my gel pen and added a touch of glitter to the bottom of the sleigh to look like snow.
After all that work I figure I would do a little something to the back like so many do!! I think it adds a nice touch but I always forget. But in this set there is a stamp that says "certified homemade" and I thought that was perfect for the back of the card!!!
