2 challenge in 1....

..Due to lack of time this week I had to make 2 challenge for 1 card. Over at A Spoonful of Sugar you have to make a card with a hidden message and over at CCT the challenge is called soft furnishings. Meaning you can use fabric, ribbon, stitching, buttons etc, anything you can find on the soft furnishings in the home ie curtains, cushions, sofas etc. I just got my new Rachelle Anne Miller stamps from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps and wanted to use one to make my soon to be kindergartener a card for her first day of school!! The sentiment is also from SNSS. I will put it in her front pocket and tell her to look at it on the bus ride. The card looks like the first picture when it is close and when you open it a piece goes up in the air. It is called a wiper card. So there is my hidden message and for my soft furnishings I have used a button and some ribbon. I was going to stitch on the front but I was sidetracked and forgot all about it!! I know the colors are not soft at all but my daughter loves these bright colors!! Sorry about the poor picture ~ we have having a shortage of sun lately!!
