This turned out to be a good thing!! I have never done one before and I needed a card for a 1 year old boy!! How perfect he would love something like this!! Thanks Kianel ~ have been sitting on this card for awhile and now finally had an idea! Instead of ribbon and flowers I went with a strip pf pp and balloons. I went over the balloons with liquid glass and added some crystal snow to give it a slight sparkle! I fiqured at the age of one any kid would find the sparkle amusing!! The images are from CTMH. Paper is DCWV. And the sentiments are from CHF. Here is the front:
